Basket Weave Stitch
This stitch is so weird. The actual stitch is nice but it’s super plain and almost just a needlepoint stitch. HOWEVER, when you do it right, the backside of the piece looks AMAZING. I actually stitched on the back of the fabric so that the stitches backside would appear on the front of the piece because it’s so good looking.
Please play around with this one and show me what you do with it!
This stitch is so easy except it’s super important that you follow the row direction in order for it to look its best.
Just keep working those rows for as long as you like/need
But look at this backside!
